[2011/04/23] MusiXTeX T.115 based on musixuad's architecture has been succesfully released, which can handle up to 100 instruments itself. Now musixuad become obsolete.
If you get a message ! No file musixuad.tex.
when typesetting a score source in the transitional period, delete the corresponding line \input musixuad
and add element number assignments. See the internal of musixmad.tex shipped with T.115.

[2008/05/29] Musixuad is an experimental extension; not an official one. Now a new project has been started: integrating the new register allocation system based on musixuad into the next version of MusiXTeX. (Thanks for the collaboration work by Dr. Don Simos.) Please consider musixuad will become obsolete in very near future.
